I.M going in WeeK WithouT WalL TriP AnuradhapurA.... XD

                                                  GOAL

This the trip of art. and this trip more about the skills and knowledge about different kinds of art. In this trip we are going to Anuradhapura. which is a religious place of sri lanka . there are lots of temples in Anuradha -pura and there we have draw and learn different types of art. so, my thing that I learn in this trip is how we do lots of different types of art , I am chemistry so, i don't know about the art but i know how to draw. so, I learn to draw and do lots of different kids of art like sketching, wall painting , painting etc. we are going different places with riding a bike so, we learnt new riding a bike and see lots of different things. There is lots different challenges like in the religious temples like Buddhism and other we have to wear full selves clothes not half these are our responsibilities to take care of all these things. we have to live in hotel also so, it our responsibilties to take care of all the things which in our room or our surroundings. we are doing lots of thing collaboratively  like we have a night show so on that we have to perform something to the group so, we showing in groups. And like making a art there is also a collabrative work like we also making a big pictures there like wall painting.

What I.M Learnig with RCCI Service..?

RCCI is the really good service to understand me. I undertake new challenges in that service like we do lots of things in collaboration. Because it can't possible to manage all those kids by a single person. I planning and initiating to starting a cricket. I decided with my RCCI group and decided to play cricket with those kids. When I started this RCCI service I am not so scared that those kids was accepted me or not or they playing with me or not that was my challenge but I completed my challenge. Those are very comfortable with me. Basically I developed a new skill in myself to play with those kids. I am regular in my service I’m always perseverance in my service or if I commit to do anything for my service so I will do that it’s my responsibility to do all these things for my service .

THIS POST IS DEDICATED TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND TEACHER'S WITH THEM THIS TRIP WAS VERY ENJOY FULL.

everybody knows about the nature it is a very beautiful thing in the world and there are some things from which we do some fun things and we know something for our life. some is one of the best thing to know your self. One of the thing we did in Kithugala on 28 august to 30 august . 
it was a great time  for me to spent in the nature with my friends and learn something about my self. we are there with the borderlands they are the organisation who did this whole setup for us in kithugala. that was great trip we did canyoning, rafting abseiling and lots of water activities. and there we have a TOK lessons also for that we have to go up to the mountain for TOK but it was fun. 

RAFTING

Rafting in the best thing that i like most in the whole trip. In rafting we have to go from the water to our camp. it was very fun in the boat. we did lots of challenging thing in cannoying like we fall from the different types of stone and all we have different stages for falling the 3 one is very hardest and it was very scary. :) Before rafting we did some practise like how we have to drive the boat and how we have change the direction. How we know what is our leader said to us so, did some practise we learn some signs. After we start our rafting after 1 hour we stop at one place and we doing some water sports activity which was really funny :) i never forgot that. we did like we running very fast and jump on the boat and slipped and fall on the water :) after doing all the activity we are start to going to our way to camp with boat. there was i very big was there and i remembered that our boat was flipped upside down there which was very scary for me i am in water and boat was over me :) and after that we stop for lunch and then we went to our camp. BUT RAFTING IS REALLY SO MUCH FUN THING THAT I HAVE NEVER DO :)

CANYONING

In the IB Orientation trip we did cannoning in kithukala with borderland which was really fun with them. In cannoning we have to jump from different types of small water falls which was really dangerous and scary but it was fun. For going to cannoning first went have to cross the river the water of river is too cold. After that we have to cross the small jungle area there was so much litches there  so we are scared and after we crossed the jungle we checked our self we got lots of litches on body and everybody are scared which was funny all the student looks like horrible. And then we started walking to go for cannoning. In cannoning there are lots of parts like hard part and all. Like we have to jump on the water and then slide on the stone and go down to water which really fun thing for me. I really enjoy the sliding and jumping thing. :)

TOK LESSONS

We did TOK lessons in kithukala which was really good. We did lots of different types of activity there with Mrs. Synder and Mr. Disillva. For the TOK lessons we have to go to cave for lessons and that cave is in the top of the mountain and we have to walk all the way up which was really good that’s was first experience for all of us to going there. One thing I really enjoyed there the cold climate and there is raining when we walking to go up to the cave. That cave was too scary there are lots bats there and the things there we watched they are too old. We did different types of math’s activity art activity which was really funny. We assigned in a pair of two. After that we collect different types of things from the ground and make some beautiful architect things. I really enjoy there. 

WHAT I LEARN FROM THIS TRIP

In the end our IB orientation is really helpful to me to understand about me what I am. What are the capabilities in me what can I do or not. It’s a great experience for me to go there and do all these fun things. J

                                       RCCI THE CAS

    " REHABILITATION CENTRE FOR THE COMMUNICATION IMPAIRED "

• WHAT IS RCCI?  

 RCCI stands for the Rehabilitation centre for the communication Impaired. It involves differently abled people aged between 7-40 that join the Osc students every Thursday afternoon. The main aim of our project is to develop the physical skills of these kids by involving them in various physical activities. due to communication problem, it is sometimes hard for us to understand them but we as a group, try our best to help them.

How we help disabled children in RCCI ?

like you can see that in this picture we are playing volley ball with them for movement of there hands. like we can see that they also enjoying to play with balls and they like to run.

we are different types of games with them. RCCI is one of the organisation which help these types of abled people alote.

• In RCCI we take all the children on the field or the basketball court and we playing games and after that we talking with them sometimes and after we give them some jucies to drink and then they go to there school.

• From the RCCI i learning that language is very important for these types of work because i am from India and i can't understand what they are speaking some children's are in group who speak English but most of them are speaking shinhala languag. RCCI is the CAS were we working in a group without collaboration this CAS is not going to happen because we have to see all the children's so we need the students for seeing them and take care of them.

• These children those who are coming in Thursday in our school  i saw them first time and it was very horrible time for me because all the children start looking at me very horribly and i was scared that time but after sometime they were adjust with me like as a friend and then it was going good with all of them .

SERVICE:- Overseas School Of Colombo giving me a great opportunity to show my participation in that activity and how i can do different things for that activity. Form the services in the school I will choose RCCI . I choose this service because in this service, I can do something for disable children's and those children's who are different from other child because of there problems.
       

                                    

ACTION:- For Action my goals are more fit and active physically and for active me physically i will do different types of sports and exercises. like cricket ,football,badminton,basketball and i also do some exercises. which is going to fit me and active. i am going play cricket in our High commission they have a area where we can play and they also have coaches for training.

CREATIVITY:- In creativity I do not started anything yet. But I think i want to learn the Drum set in our school. And a tutor come and teach me how to play drums and then when I  learnt and  I will play  drums in the school orchestra and which is good for me . Now, i set my creativity i will Learn the Guitar for the creativity. I came up with guitar because it is also a good instrument and for this i will also discuss with my parents that which instrument i have to practice and they said guitar. i started guitar and in guitar class i started learning about chords of guitar which is different from every instrument. This is my first time to learning a guitar which is very great.
